1. General Terms and Interpretation

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and b88 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "Company"). The b88 platform operates under international licensing and provides online gambling entertainment services including online slots, live casino, sports betting, 4D lottery and other games.

In this document, "services" refers to all products, features and functions available on the b88 platform including the website, user accounts, payment systems and customer support. "Account" refers to a registered user profile that grants access to the full range of b88 services.

Continued use of the b88 platform following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those amended terms. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

2. User Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the b88 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be 21 years of age or older in accordance with the laws in force in your area of residence.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling activities are prohibited.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Not be under a self-exclusion period or ban from any gambling platform.
• Register with accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account on the b88 platform. Any attempt to register additional accounts using a different name, email address, phone number, identification card or payment method is prohibited. b88 reserves the right to suspend or close all accounts suspected of belonging to the same individual without prior notice.

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password secure. b88 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their password.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

The b88 platform supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR), except cryptocurrency transactions which use the current exchange rate.

Financial terms that apply to all users:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the b88 finance team. Users must ensure that the name on the payment method used matches the name on the registered b88 account.

b88 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a breach of terms. In such situations, the user will be contacted for further verification.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

b88 offers various promotions to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus withdrawal can be processed.

Welcome Bonus: b88 offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit value up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus received. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Required wagering RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Required wagering RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

Any attempt to abuse bonuses through fake wagering, arbitrage or methods that go against the spirit of the promotion will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account potentially suspended. b88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus awarded due to a technical error or misunderstood terms.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the b88 platform or harm other users. Specifically prohibited activities include:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technical tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to exploit weaknesses in the game system.
• Depositing money obtained through illegal activities or subject to any legal claim.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Misusing the customer support system with false reports or disrespectful behaviour.
• Transferring funds between different user accounts on the platform.

Users agree that they are playing with their own legitimately obtained funds and not on behalf of any third party. Any evidence to the contrary will result in the account being terminated and the balance held pending the completion of an investigation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the b88 platform, including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, images, game software and source code, is the exclusive property of b88 or its respective licensors. This content is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from b88. Personal use that does not generate commercial gain is permitted.

All brand names, game logos and game developer names featured on the b88 platform are the property of their respective owners. b88 uses such content under valid licensing agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The b88 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. b88 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors or defects. Users access the platform at their own risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, b88 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential loss of money or damage to property arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by technical maintenance, system updates or circumstances beyond b88's control.
• Losses suffered as a result of fraudulent conduct by third parties who gain access to a user's account.
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third parties, including game providers or payment partners.

In any circumstances, b88's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

b88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• There is a breach of any term in this document.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• The user fails to complete the identity verification process within the specified period.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period with no transactions.
• The user is found to be in violation of applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the b88 support team. Prior to closure, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal policy stated in Section 3.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

b88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the b88 website, unless stated otherwise.

For significant amendments, b88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to users via registered email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically on the b88 website.

Continued use of the b88 platform after any amendment is published constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms. If a user does not agree with the amendment, they should cease using the platform and contact support to close their account.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws under the international licensing jurisdiction in which b88 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by b88's regulatory body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Use of the b88 platform by users in Malaysia is at the user's own initiative, and users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.
